Registration fees include coffee breaks and Cardiostim official abstracts publication available in the congress bag.
Registration and Refund Policy
All refund requests must be notified in writing to Cardiostim to the above address and received by April 13, 2010. Until April 13, 2010, a € 52 processing fee will be withheld. Registration fees are non-refundable after April 13, 2010
Payment
The registrant MUST provide payment at the time of registration. Registration fees will be charged to the credit card provided immediately. Wire transfers will not be accepted.
Two different payments are required during the registration process; one for registration and one for housing. The registration payment will be charged immediately to your card.
